To Be Eligible for a Return or Exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging must remain intact
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Complete the Return Form included in your parcel — or request one by email.
- Send the completed form along with the item to the address provided.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or initiate an exchange, as per your preference.
- Refunds are processed to your bank account within a few working days.
